There are very many issues to consider and these are currently being looked at in parallel - they include economics and funding, raw materials sourcing and logistics, operational definition including the site, and end product markets and logistics. Feasibility and development work is well under way to ensure that all these aspects are covered and that they add positively to the project rationale and plan

Planning and environmental assessments will be mandatory and will be a further focus of our work in 2005

Our current target is for project construction to start in 2006 with operations beginning in 2008
